Xcalak is one of the last unspoiled corners of the Mexican Caribbean located to the south of Costa Maya. The second largest Great Barrier Reef in the world is just off the coast of Xcalak and is also close to Banco Chinchorro, a Mexican Atoll and a national reserve. It is an excellent site for diving.
