Colotepec Bar is located at 6 kms. Puerto Escondido. This is the Colotepecdesenbocadura River, a tributary which, in addition to drinking water supply in this tourist destination, recreational SIREV site, particularly before the rains.
Each year, the villagers built palapas where they offer the visitor, excellentseafood and the prices very accessible place, without fail, of course, the infectious joy of the "bowls", whose penchant for partying and the dance is wellknown in the region.
Barra de Navidad you can meet many of the 37 species of birds inhabit thearea, or, in the months of May and June, 27 species of migratory birds. Visit theturtle camp, or know the impressive crocodiles in their natural habitat. Enjoy the beautiful scenery offered by the union of sea and lagoon, or admire the beautifulsunset, listening to the singing of the birds that congregate in the vicinity before taking refuge in the mangroves.
