mandinga, veracruz

the village of Mandinga and Matozo is located in the municipality of Alvarado (in thestate of Veracruz of Ignacio de la Llave). Has 1154 inhabitants. Matozo Mandingaand is 10 meters.

In this population is modest hotels and a variety of restaurants and from the pier you can plan a good tour boat through the bars and estuaries as the Barra of Hearts thatleads to the sea or to the island of the Aviary, that of Idolos or Toro Island, in the latterrequires a special permit for marina access.

There are other islands even more interesting, but the issue requires more than a dayand enough supply of food. For example, the Lobos Island, a paradise for diving, it arises from a chain of living coral reef in the basement of Cabo Rojo. Here you can camp just begging to get permission and it is necessary to rent a boat with a goodengine, with an approximate time of an hour and a half from Tamiahua.

This region is one of the least explored areas of the state and the richest marine, butto visit, as in most of the coast of Veracruz, we recommend the months of March through August, as the windy and cold wind for the months winter could cause atragedy beyond description.
