Huitzuco of Figueroa is one of the 81 municipalities of the state of Guerrero, Mexico.Part of the northern region of the state and its county seat is the City of Huitzuco.


The municipal seat of the Figueroa Huitzuco is located north of the state capital to 117 miles away, the town is nestled in the North, on Federal Highway Chilpancingo, Iguala-Atenango River, between coordinates 18 29 'and 17 ° 37' north latitude and 99 ° 05 'west longitude meridian relative to Greenwch.
